Art Day Camp

Students in grades 2-12 have the chance to participate in a two-day cart camp during the summer.

Artist in Residence

We work with the North Dakota Council of Arts and Langdon Area Elementary School each year to bring in an artist to work with K-6 grade students. 

The 2023 Artist in Residence was Anna Johnson. This was her first official residency. Anna worked with the Langdon Area Elementary School students to create a mural. Students learned about the seven grandfather teachings of the Ojibwe people. Along with the mural, part of their project included making this video. 

The 2018 Artist in Residence was NDStrong. This filmmaking duo worked with the Langdon Area Elementary School students, but most closely with the 6th graders. Check out the short film they made!

Thousand Print Summer

We had the opportunity to work with ArtOrg in 2018 to make steamroller prints!
