Qualifications

1. Applicants must have a home residence in Cavalier County
2. Applicants must be going into their freshman year of college or higher with a declared major or minor in the arts. (Arts being defined as music, art, drama, creative writing, design or a related field.)
3. Applicants must include one letter of recommendation from someone acquainted with your studies in the arts.
